The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is set to increase the number of community based low-powered FM stations after a 12-year hiatus caused by a successful campaign against community radio by the National Association of Broadcasters, a lobby group for major commercial media. The Community Applicants Need our help!

Legal help needed to (1) view and analyze applications for compliance with LPFM rules (2) prepare and file Informal Objections & Petitions to deny against illegitimate competing applications (3) defend against Informal Objections and Petitions to Deny, and (4) help write and negotiate Settlement Agreements and Timeshare agreements.
