As Local 2 makes progress in contract negotiations for the Class A hotels (7 out of the 31 Class A's still don't have a contract), they are starting negotiations with 18 small hotels. The street fight for a Small Hotel Contract has already begun at the Hotel Frank, and the NLGSF has been a supporter of that fight. In 2010, a new company took over the Frank and refused to honor the Union standard. Since then workers and Local 2 have been fighting to restore their contract.
