Park in the open lot across from 55 Harrison St (off Embarcadero on west side of the RR tracks) or park on the 3rd floor of the covered lot at the end of Harrison St (east side of RR tracks) and then walk across the "bridge" to the 2nd floor of the office.

NLG Meditation Group

June 19, 2013

Inspired by the CLEs that David Borgen and Doug Chermak have done over the past few years, a group of NLG members has started a meditation group specifically for progressive attorneys, legal workers, and law students. The group is meeting from 8:15-9:00 am on the first Wednesday of each month, and from 12:15-1:00 pm on the third Wednesday of the month, at Sundeen Salinas & Pyle, 428 13th Street, 8th Floor, in Oakland.

NextGen/Mentorship Committee Meeting

June 17, 2013

The NextGen Committee, formerly the Mentorship Committee, has overseen the most successful mentorship program for progressive law students and throws a great cocktail party for NLG members every year. Now, the committee is broadening its work to focus on fostering the next generation of progressive lawyers and legal workers. Join us in this important work!

The next meeting is Monday, June 17, 6 p.m. in Oakland. Details to come.
