Fajitagate Appeal to the 9th Circuit

Guild attorney Dennis Cunningham argued the “Fajitagate” appeal before the Ninth Circuit in a special session at Boalt Hall, on Wednesday, Febraury 13.
Torture policy architect, Jay Bybee, a Ninth Circuit judge is on the panel. Dennis filed a motion to recuse him on the grounds that as a proponent of torture, he cannot sit impartially in judgment of a case about police brutality. Read more here.
