Collateral Damage: Sex Workers and the Anti-Trafficking Campaigns

March 5, 2013

The GGU chapter of the NLG welcomes students and faculty to a presentation on the dangerous consequences of mainstream anti-human trafficking campaigns and Prop 35. This panel is a "second opinion" in response to Human Trafficing-Issues Facing the Bay Area panel hosted by the ACLU and other orgs. Long-time sex work activist Carol Leigh will screen a clip from her documentary "Collateral Damage: Sex Workers and the Anti-Trafficking Campaigns," followed by a panel conversation between Leigh and adjunct professor Cynthia Chandler and a question/answer session. Snacks will be provided!
